Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient more than 15 years of age giving consent 2.Patient documented as systemic sclerosis/scleroderma/systemic sclerosis predominant mixed connective tissue disorder by a Rheumatologist / Dermatologist 3. Willing to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and lactating women 2.Patients on specific medications or treatments that may confound the assessment of health-related quality of life (e.g., immunosuppressive therapy) 3.Patient with coexistence of another known systemic connective tissue disease 4.Patients with significant comorbidities that may independently impact health outcomes
