Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-60, both male and female patient 2.reactive airway Patient undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I -II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications to iv lignocaine and mgso4. 2.Refusal to participate. 3.Severe cognitive impairement. 4.Previous participations for same study. 5.Significant comorbities uncontrolled DM, CVD, & CKD etc.
