Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.American Society of Anaesthesiology physical status class I and II 2.Patient undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia with orotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Predictors of difficult airway A.Modified Mallampati class 3 or more B.Thyromental distance less than 6cm C.Limited neck extension D.BMI -30kg/m2 or more 2.ASA physical status class III or more 3.Emergency surgery 4.Inter incisor distance less than 3 cm 5.Pregnancy 6.Risk of gastric regurgitation
