Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non healing ulcer of more than 3 weeks Foot ulcers with slough more than 1cm, foul smelling and minimal granulation tissue Both type 1 and 2 diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Less than 18 years and more than 70 years With peripheral vascular disease Uncontrolled glycemic index No peripheral pulse Ulcers with grade 3,4,5 in wagners classification Malignant ulcer Underwent conventional skin graft in past
