Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults above 18 years of age 2.Diagnosis of TBM- definite or probable TBM cases as per Ahuja criteria 3.Completed anti-tuberculous therapy atleast 1 month ago

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Meningitis of other etiologies 2.Age above 80 years 3.HIV 4.Active alcohol or drug abuse 5.Prior stroke, head injury, intracranial hemorrhage or intracranial surgery 6.Drug resistant TB 7.Pre-existing neurological or major psychiatric illness
