Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Indian inhabitant Heart failure cases, diagnosed according to Symptoms, Echocardiography, and HF Biomarkers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic Hepatic diseases 2. Renal transplant 3. Malignancy 4. Acute coronary syndrome 5. No echocardiographic structural or functional abnormalities Autoimmune disease

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It will be associated with worse outcomes for heart failure patients. Conversely, the A/G ratio can draw attention to inflammation, infection, cachexia and nutritional health, possibly pointing to the advancement of the disease.Timepoint: Assessments will be done at 6 months.
