Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals in age group 30 to 60 years, irrespective of gender and socio-economic status 2.Employed in desk job work with a minimum experience of more than 1 year 3.Individuals having sedentary work habits for at least 5 hours per day (3+2 hours / 4+1 hours with a break or 5 hours without break) 4.Individuals willing to participate in the study and provide informed consent 5.Positive individuals of Purisha and Adhovata Vegadharana with symptoms of Adhmana satisfying the diagnostic criteria
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed cases of Inflammatory bowel disease, Irritable bowel syndrome 2.Diagnosed cases of Gastric ulcer, Duodenal ulcer 3.Diagnosed cases of Lactose and Fructose intolerance. 4.Known cases of Acute and Chronic Kidney Diseases. 5.Known cases of Neurological disorders affecting bowel and bladder habits. 6.Participants on medications affecting bowel and bladder habits. 7.Participants with history of Gastrointestinal surgery 8.Diagnosed cases of Pelvic floor dysfunction 9.Diagnosed cases of Endometriosis and Uterine fibroids 10.Individuals with uncontrolled hypertension (SBP greater than or equal to 160 mm Hg and DBP greater than or equal to 100 mm Hg) 11.Individuals with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (HbA1c greater than 9% or FBS greater than 200mg/dl) 12.Pregnant and Lactating women 13.Participants unfit for Svedanakarma 14.Individuals not willing to participate in study
