Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. clinically and Histopathologically confirmed cases of all forms of Oral lichen planus 2. Bilateral presentation of the lesions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other oral potentially malignant disorders are excluded. 2. Patients with Unilateral clinical presentation of oral lichen planus are excluded. 3. Patients with oral Lichenoid reactions are excluded.
