Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children having BMI more than 85th percentile and less than 95th percentile of CDC growth chart. 2. Minimum three classical signs and symptoms of Sthaulya viz. Chala Sphika Udara Stana, Aalasya/Utsah Hani, Kshudra Shwasa/Aayase Shwasa, Nidraadhikya, Swedaadhikya, Daurgandhya, Atipipasa, Atikshudha (Due to exogenous causes) 3. Children on oral medication for overweight (those who are willing to get enrolled) will be included in the study after a wash out period of one week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children aged less than 5 years and more than 16 years. 2. Children who are known cases of any systemic, endocrinal illness like DM, Thyroid disorders, HTN, CHD, Asthma, etc. or known cases of any psychiatric or genetic disorders. 3. Children who are known case of drug induced overweight.
