Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Players with hamstring tightness 2. No history of low back pain or injury 3. Participants who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of any recent injury or surgery. 2. Participants with low back pain, hip joint or knee joint pathologies. 3. Players with history of any musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary or any other diorders 4. Players involved in any type of drug or alcohol consumption.
