Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults aged 18-65 with a diagnosis of shoulder pain(e.g. rotator cuff tendinopathy, adhesive capsuilitis.) 2.Pain levels of at least 3 on the Visual Analog Scale 3.No prior history of shoulder surgery of significant comorbidities that could affect treatment outcomes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recent corticosteroid injections (within the last 3 months). 2.Pregancy or plans for pregnancy during the study. 3.Contraindications to SWT (e.g., infections, malignacies).
