Intervention1: Field testing of Ketamine Nursing care protocol: Ketamine therapy is administered in the IPD unit as per the study setting. Therefore, eligible nurses working in the IPD unit of AIIMS B

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Regular employees working at AIIMS, Bibinagar and nursing officers with one year of experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nursing officers who are unwilling to participate in the study and those with experience in administering oral ketamine therapy
