Interventions

Intervention1: Levobupivacaine with Dexmedetomidine: 40ml of 0.25% levobupivacaine with 1mcg/kg of dexmedetomidine will be instilled intraperitoneally through the trocar before the closure of abdomen

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I and II Patient undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ASA III & IV 2.History of allergy to study drug 3.Patients in whom abdominal drain is in-situ 4.Patients who are unable to express VAS score accurately(mentally ill patients) 5.Patient refusal
