Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing proximal humerus surgery 2. Patients aged between 18-65 years 3. ASA PS I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preexisting neurologic deficits brachial or neuropathy of brachial plexus 2. Allergy to local anesthetics 3. Patients who refused to give consent 4. Psychiatric disorders and history of drug, alcohol abuse

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome of this study is to compare the anesthetic quality of the Interscalene Block (ISB) and the Superior Trunk Block (STB) in patients undergoing arthroscopic shoulder surgery. By evaluating sensory and motor blockade in key nerve regions (supraclavicular, suprascapular), the study seeks to determine whether STB can provide comparable or superior anesthesia to ISB.Timepoint: 48 hours

1. To assess the incidence of phrenic nerve blockade and subsequent hemi diaphragmatic paralysis in both techniques, 2. To compare the performance time and onset time of the two blocks. 3. To evaluate patient satisfaction, postoperative pain control, and overall recovery profiles to provide a comprehensive comparison. Timepoint: 48 hours
