Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age Range: 18 To 40 Years Old 2. Bilateral Mandibular Premolar Teeth Having Buccal/Lingual Plate Intact, Indicated For Orthodontic Extraction Purposes. 3. American Society Of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) Type I Status Of Patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal Root Morphology (As Dilacerated, Severely Curved, Bulbous Roots, Etc.) As Depicted By Preoperative Periapical X-Ray Examination. 2. Failed Root Canal Treated Tooth, Periapical Infections, Tooth Indicated For Extraction For Prosthetic Reasons & Periodontally Compromised Tooth (Grade II & III Mobile Tooth) 3. Patients Taking Pain Altering Medication That May Interfere With Pain Response. 4. Medically Compromised Patients. 5. Tobacco Chewers & Smokers & Alcoholics. 6. Patient Who Has A Known Allergy To A Local Anaesthetic Or Requiring Repeated Injections Of Local Anaesthetics. 7. Patients Requiring Surgical Extraction. 8. Refused To Sign The Informed Consent. 9. Pregnancy And Lactating Females And Patients On Oral Contraceptives.
