Inclusion criteria: Centre involving diabetic macular edema patients having disorganisation of retinal inner layers in OCT scan

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other media opacities, other retinal conditions or diseases, no retinal surgeries within 6 months

MeasureTime frame
This study will provide insight into the prognostic value of DRIL resolution in predicting visual recovery after anti-VEGF therapy. If a strong correlation is found, DRIL assessment on OCT could serve as a biomarker to guide personalized treatment strategies for DME patients.Timepoint: DRIL changes(using OCT) and visual acuity improvements after anti VEGF therapy in 1 week,1month and 3months
