Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants with hypertension with a Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP) 140-159mmHg and Diastolic Blood Pressure( DBP) between 90 99mmHg. (Grade- 1) ESH. Patients with Signs and Symptoms of primary Hypertension
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with Grade 2 and 3 Hypertension, Age below 25 and above 60 years, Participants with Secondary Hypertension, Participants with other metabolic Syndromes
