Intervention1: Capacity Building and Supportive Supervision: Based on the National Guidelines for screening for common cancers, and manuals by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC)
training modules will be prepared. Training of ASHAs, ANMs, CHOs, Staff Nurses, LHVs and other health care providers will be organized at Subcentres, PHCs, and CHCs and will be conducted by the post

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All facilities and stakeholders involved in Primary and Secondary levels of healthcare

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sub-District Hospitals and District Hospitals will be excluded from the study setting.

Change in number of screening and referrals of suspected cancer patients, Change in knowledge and practices.Timepoint: Expected Outcomes: a.% increase in the Number of two weeks training conducted for the health team by the Medical Officers b.% change in monthly review meetings conducted, c.% change in number of field supervisions, and data monitoring. d.% Change in Recording and reporting at all levels e.% Improvement of population over 30 years who were screened for Oral Cancer f.% Improvement of women over 30 years screened for Cervical Cancer g. % Improvement of women over 30 years screened for Breast Cancer h.% Improvement of suspected cancer patients referred to higher level i.% Improvement of those who were screened positive for each of the cancers that underwent biopsy at the CHC/DH j.% Improvement of those who underwent treatment for each of the cancers who are screened periodically k.% Change in the number of patients with suspected oral lesions detected using Toluidine Blue Staining referred for further evaluation to a higher centre. These outcomes will be assessed after one year from beginning of intervention
