Intervention1: Patient education with physiotherapy: A structured patient education is given along with regular exercise protocol. It is going to be done for 3 days and 1 week

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Both male and female subjects with peri arthritic shoulder Age group between 45 to 60 years will be included Patients with any kind of systemic diseases Patients with bilateral peri arthritic shoulder Patients with stage 1 and stage 2 peri arthritic shoulder Patients with dominant or non dominant hand peri arthritic shoulder
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Disoriented patients Recent fractures or surgeries in the shoulder Patients with any kind of visual, hearing or speech disability Patients with communicable disease Patients with stage 3 and stage 4 of peri arthritic shoulder
