Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age: elders between 60-80 years 2 Confirmed diagnosed cases of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with minimum of one year of diabetic duration 3 Elders who walk more than 320 m (65 to 74 years) and more than 295 m (75 years and older) on six minute walk distance test. (Intaruk et al 2020) 4 Participants with functional vision and hearing 5 Independently ambulant participants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Open/active foot ulcers 2 Partial or complete amputation of foot 3 Acute or chronic pain/ injury/ illness that may interfere with exercise participation 4 Cognitive deficits on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA less than or equal to 26) 5 Uncontrolled hypertension (SBP more than 180mm Hg and DBP more than120 mm Hg) 6 Neurological symptoms present due to any other medical condition. (eg stroke) 7 Symptomatic postural hypotension 8 Enrolled in any other exercise program 9 Those with history of fall in last 6 months
