Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals willing to participate. 2. Individuals having no history of systematic disease or blood disorder. 3.Individuals of either sex, religion, caste and socio-economic status of age group between 18-25 years will be selected from Shiva Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital surroundings.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individual suffering from skin disorders. 2.Systemic illness, excessive sweating, dehydration, recent travel history. 3.Patient having blood related disorders. 4.Patient having any other condition which would jeopardize the outcome of study.
