Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Athlete reporting anterior knee pain. Patellar Instability. High intensity physical activity at least three times a week before experience pain. Tight hamstring muscles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lower limb surgery in the past 1 year. Skin allergy to kinesiology tape. Positive meniscus test or instability test.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Patellar instability Hamstring flexibility. Timepoint: Pre data will be collected at 0 weeks and post data will be collected after 4 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pain during physical activity FMS (in line lunge)Timepoint: Pre data will be collected at 0 weeks & post data will be collected after 4 weeks
