Intervention1: Buprenorphine and Fentanyl patch: The patients will be randomly allocated in 2 groups of 55 patients in each.
GROUP-B: Patients will be given transdermal buprenorphine patch

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients or legal attendant giving informed written consent for participation in the study 2.All patients posted for elective surgeries. 3.Age of the patient between 18-60 years. 4.BMI of the patient between 18.5-29.9kg/m2. 5.Patients belonging to ASA class I and II.
