Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing cervical spine surgery where awake intubation and awake proning were employed. 2) Patients who developed any neurological deficits after intubation or prone positioning

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insufficient data from file records and AKHIL HIS Patients who developed any airway related events like spasm
