Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with age group between 18-85 years both sexes suffering with autoimmune diseases and other illness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy and lactating mother patients which already on psychiatric medications patients scoring between 0-7 in HADS scale indicated normal levels of anxiety and depression in HADS scale
