Inclusion criteria: Patients with ruptured aSAH with anterior circulation aneurysms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inadequate TCD window 2. Pregnancy 3. Refusal to consent

To quantify the moment-to-moment variability in MCA CBFV in the aSAH patients admitted to the Neurointensive care unit.Timepoint: Baseline, 3rd day, 7th day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- To determine the temporal change in moment-to-moment variability in MCA CBFV in the aSAH patients during their stay in the Neurointensive care unit. Timepoint: baseline, 3rd day, 7th day;- To determine the association between MCA CBFV parameters & systemic hemodynamic parameters. Timepoint: baseline, 3rd day, 7thday;- To determine the association between continuous TCD findings & clinical outcomes (ICU stay, Hospital stay, MRS at hospital discharge/ at 30 days) Timepoint: at the end of ICU stay, end of Hospital stay & at 30 days
