Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Current runners with at least 12 months of regular running experience. 2.Participate who run half or full marathon at least once per week. 3.Participants who can perform all exercise required in explosive and power training protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants not engaged in other structured training programs or interventions. 2.Participants with chronic health condition such as cardiovascular and respiratory disease. 3.Participate with musculoskeletal, or metabolic disorder. 4.Participants with current or past 12 months musculoskeletal injuries, surgery.
