Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Selection of teeth Permanent molars in the mandibular arch First molar and Second molar 2.Individuals of both genders aged between 30 and 50 years. 3. Systemically healthy patients. 4. The sites should exhibit clinical and radiographic evidence of furcation defects Horizontal probing depth of more than 3mm, assessed by Naber s probe. Radiographic evidence of radiolucent area in the crotch of the tooth. 5. Vital teeth or teeth with properly performed endodontic treatment. 6. Patients with established willingness and ability to perform adequate oral hygiene.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Grade II or III mobility 2.Gingival Recession - RT3 3.Patients who underwent periodontal surgical treatment within the previous six months 4.Pregnant and nursing mothers 5.Patients with documented systemic illness 6. People with a record of hypersensitivity to certain drugs.
