Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients with Regular menstrual cyclic bleeding. 2) Age group of patients between 18 to 55 years female. 3) Duration of bleeding must be greater than 7 days. 4) Patients with absolute symptoms of Asrigdara like Atyadhik Atyadhik Raja Kalavadhi, Angamarda, Daurbalya, Adhodarashool.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients having gross abnormalities of uterus and pelvis. 2) Patients having Malignant or Benign tumor, Polyp, Fibroid, Endometriosis, Tubo-Ovarian Mass, Adenomyosis, Hypertension etc. 3) Patients having Haemoglobin less than or equal to 7gm percent. 4) Post delivery, Post D&C bleeding, Post MTP bleeding. 5) Patients with IUCD or on OC pills or on Hormonal treatment. 6) Patients with chronic illness

1- To Study Asrugdara in detail according to Ayurvedic perspective. 2- To Study the disease Menorrhagia in detail according to Modern Science. 3-To study the drug Bhoomyamalaki Churna in detail. Timepoint: 18 months
