Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting to the Emergency Department in undifferentiated circulatory shock, that is, with the following hemodynamic parameters - all the three criteria fulfilled 1. Systolic Blood Pressure less than 90 mm Hg 2. Mean Arterial Pressure less than 65 mm Hg 3. Shock Index (Heart Rate/Systolic Blood Pressure) more than or equal to 0.8
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age less than 18 years 2. Pregnant women 3. Patients presenting with trauma 4. Patients presenting in unresponsive state or in cardiac arrest 5. Patients whose initial management has been done in another hospital
