Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient must have a confirmed diagnosis of Duschene Muscular dystrophy through Clinical examination,genetic testing and muscle biopsy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of other neuromuscular disorder such as Motor neuron diseases,Spinal muscular atrophy and other types of muscular dystrophy except DMD

MeasureTime frame
The expected outcomes for the Management of Melmoochu vatham (Muscular dystrophy) with the trial drug KARISALAI KARPA CHOORANAM, LINGA CHENDURAM (Special) and VETRILAI THYLAM will include improvements in muscle strength, mobility and overall quality of life for patients. Timepoint: 2 weeks and 4 weeks

MeasureTime frame
The drug may potentially slow down disease progression, reduce muscle degeneration & alleviate symptoms such as muscle weakness & fatigue.Timepoint: 2 weeks & 4 weeks
