Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients having difficult airway (defined as modified mallampati grading more than 3 and 4) undergoing general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy or any other risk of aspiration which necessitates rapid sequence intubation. Mouth opening less than 2 cm Planned awake or nasal intubation Elective nasal intubation Emergency surgery Patients who do not consent for the study
