Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient presenting with complaints of second degree Arsh or Hemorrhoids which are bleeding per rectum and prolapse of pile mass and discharge and pruritus irrespective of region education and socioeconomic status are included in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other systemic illness like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus hypertension malignancy hepatitis HIV infected person tuberculosis pregnant women third and fourth degree internal piles external piles and other associated anorectal diseases
