Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses willing to participate in the study Nurses involved in direct patient care Nurses doing shift duties

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses involved in full time administrative duties or ward management (Assistant Nursing Superintendent, Deputy Nursing Superintendent etc) Nurses working in the Outpatient Department, Infection Control Nurse, Quality Control Nurse.
