Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female students from the University suffering from mild or moderate anemia (hemoglobin less than 12 g per dl)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severely anemic students Students consuming iron supplements / fortified flour Students with conditions like gluten sensitivity, inflammation, infection, chronic diseases, anemia secondary to haemoglobinopathies and pregnancy / PCOS
