Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals within age group 18-30years, irrespective of gender having Vata pradhana,Pitta pradhana and Kapha pradhana prakriti with Smartphone usage of more than one year visiting Prakrithi analysis OPD of Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara College of Ayurveda & Hospital, Hassan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History with Genetic disorders, Systemic illness, Congenital anomalies, Memory disorders and Psychological disorders will be excluded.
