Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria which are based on symptoms of Dushta Pratishyaya described in Ayurvedic classics and chronic sinusitis in modern science will be selected for the present study. Paients yogya for Pradhamana Nasya and Shodhana nasya.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 18 years and above 60 years. Paients Ayogya for Pradhamana Nasya and Shodhana nasya. Chronic debilitating infectious diseases; T.B., COPD, Asthma, etc. Patients having history of hypertension and Cardiac diseases. Cases which require surgical treatment like nasal polyp.
