Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: High risk females with Apfel s score
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient undergoing surgery under Total Intravenous Anaesthesia . 2) Patient with any systemic disease (mainly Liver disease, obstructive gastrointestinal pathology). 3) Patient allergic to Glutathione on any other drugs used in the study 4) Patient undergoing chemotherapy 5) Patient undergoing emergency surgery 6) Patient with any intramural pathology 7) Patient with history of nausea and vomiting
