Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having classical signs and symptoms of Katishoola (low back pain) and Grahata (stambha-restricted movement) of Katigraha. Irrespective to gender and economical status. Age Between 20 years to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic disorders, abdominal causes - pancreatitis and cholecystitis or Billiary calculus or peptic ulcer etc. who has referred pain of low back will be excluded. Fracture of lumbar spine needs surgical care and patients with other joints disorders which are not related to Katigraha will be excluded. Low back pain resulting from osteoporotic fractures, infections, neoplasm, other structural derangements, post-surgical backache. Pregnant women, traumatic patients. Patients having any anorectal pathology (piles, fissure, fistula-in-ano). Malignancy conditions and bed ridden patients will be excluded.
