Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients exhibiting clinical signs and symptoms of non-alcoholic fatty liver or yakrithodhara. Patients eligible for rukshana, Sneha virechana, and vasthi treatments. Patients aged between 20 to 60 years, of either gender. Patients with radiological evidence of Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Patients willing to provide informed consent. Patients with grade1,grade2 and grade3 fatty liver.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals contraindicated for rukshana, Sneha virechana, and vasthi treatments. Pregnant and lactating women. Alcoholic liver disease. Fibrotic and cirrhotic liver conditions. Patients with cholecystitis and cholelithiasis Patients with grade4 fatty liver. Patients positive for HIV or HBsAg.
