Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women in perimenopausal age group who are still having regular or irregular menstrual cycles and are willing to take part in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women in perimenopausal age group having amenorrhea for more than one year .Those with respiratory,cardiovascular and joint problems.Those who are not willing to take part in the study
