Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: School going children aged 6-12 years diagnosed with Pratishyay Just started 1-2 days ago.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with chronic illnesses Severe respiratory conditions or allergic Conditions Allergies to the study medications Recurrence of Pratishyay more that 3 times a month

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Compare the reduction in symptoms of Pratishyay between the Vyoshadi Lozenges group and the Vyoshadi Vati group using standardized symptom severity scores. Timepoint: On 7 and 15 Days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Assess the speed and degree of symptom relief in both groups, including duration of symptoms and any differences in symptom severity scores at 7 and 15 days.Timepoint: On 7 and 15 Days
