Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with the classical signs and symptoms of Shotha (oedema) due to Ajeerna and Aama with less than 3 months of chronicity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient of Aagantuj Shotha 2 Patients suffering from any systemic uncontrolled disease-like Diabetes, Hypertesnion, Cardiac anomaly, Chronic renal failure, Liver cirrhosis, etc. 3 Pregnant or lactating mother

Measure	Time frame
Changes in scoring patterns developed for grading of symptoms of Shotha on 0th and 14th day. Change in the measurement of oedema size of affected parts on 0th and 14th day. Timepoint: 14th day	—
