Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married women within the age group of 18-45yeras diagnosed with paripluta yonivyapad with complains of shotha in yoni or vedna in shroni or vankshana or kati with vaginal discharge

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women or reproductive malignancy or prolapse uterus or patient suffering from major systematic disorders

Primary outcome from this study will be effective for the patient in the management of paripluta yonivyapad with Allopathic medication can treat the disease faster but the recurrence chances is higher because allopathic medicine only works on symptoms of the disease in contrast ayurvedic treatment works on principal of hetu dosh kal prakritiTimepoint: Primary outcome from this study will be seen after 7 days of Pradhan karma and after follow up of 15 days
