Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Currently, not on any supplements Children willing and able to comply with all trial requirements Physically healthy individual.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cases of Cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, hematological, gastrointestinal, endocrine, immunologic, dermatologic, musculoskeletal, neurological, or psychiatric disease. With Fractures, any recent lower limb and spinal injuries, pain during medical and physical examination are excluded from the study. Known case of allergies to ingredients.

Enhancement of sport performance in early adolescents through improvement in subjective parameters like Gatra laghav, Utsaha, Kshudha,Prasad, Sthirata, Kshama, Samhanana, Alobha and Objectives parameters like BMI, Abdominal core strength,Muscles Endurance,flexibility test,Cardiovascular Endurance, Which will be assessed using Vyayamshakti on scale of Pravar, Madhyam, Avara.Timepoint: 60th day study with visit on 15th, 30th, 45th, 60th day.
