Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing CABG Patient above 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Poor echocardiographic window Patients with preexisting valvular heart disease Patients undergone any valve surgery or concomitant surgery and then later posted for CABG surgery Patients undergoing Re - do CABG surgery
