Inclusion criteria: A). Consent will be obtained B). Senior Citizen according to Ayushman Bharat Scheme. C). Elderly Individuals who are cognitively able to give inform consent D). Family members of the beneficiary over the age of 18 years and above E). Participants volunteering to be a part of the study F). Residing in Harohalli for atleast 1-2 years and more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who denied to be a part of the study . 2.Participants who are not available at home even after the second visit
