Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who willing to give consent Cases up to the range of 21-40% according to ODI scale Cases with clinical features All Patients of both gender between 18-65 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases of pregnant and lactating women. Cases with advance irreversible pathological condition Cases which require surgical intervention
