Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male & female Only adult patients aged 18 years and older will be included Patients must have a confirmed diagnosis of acute liver failure Patients with GCS is less than 14 Patients displaying altered sensorium or changes in mental status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of glaucoma Some disease of the optic nerve Patients with SPONTANEOUS ICH/SDH in the setting of ALF
