Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will include students who have been diagnosed with insomnia by a physician/ self reported cases of insomnia and have had symptoms for at least 3 nights a week for a minimum of 3 months. 1. Ages 18 to 30 years. 2. Being able to give informed consent. 3. Having an INSOMNIA SEVERITY INDEX SCORE of 15 or more. 4. Physically healthy individual.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age: below 18 or above 30 years. 2. Study will exclude people who are currently taking medications that affect sleep or who have known psychiatric illness. 3. Being physically ill. 4. Any addiction (alcohol, smoking etc.).
